I am curious has ever been lost media involved in this franchise, like a lost episode, a promotional video or photo or a lost script, something like that.

Westworld in general reminds me of Rossum's Universal Robots from the 1920's, the first work of science fiction to coin the word "robot". The story has the robots ultimately revolt and exterminate the human race, however in the chaos destroy the secret of their own creation. The final scene shows the robots some years later desperately keeping the last human alive, trying to use him to rediscover the lost formula before they too go extinct.
Many fans consider Westworld's first season to be some of the best television of its decade. Every episode stands out with compelling writing, action, and direction. However, every season after that has been contentious at best. At least half of the episodes in Westworld's later seasons disappointed viewers. Westworld's second, third, and fourth seasons all have standout moments that are enjoyable to watch. Despite that, many episodes face criticism for wasted potential, misused characters, and confusing writing. Later seasons drag down Westworld's average despite its incredibly strong start.
It's very problematic that Elsie Hughes (a.k.a. the Westworld programmer who kissed Clementine Pennyfeather while she was in sleep mode... *raised eyebrow emoji*...) shames Destin Levy. Charlotte Hale has her uninhibited fun with Hector as well. Hmmm... *thinking emoji*.
If I had full, unlimited access privileges in Westworld, I'd spend a lot of time in cold storage with Kohana. Just saying... #Destin Levy
Hi all, some friends and I are planning on creating a savewestworld website to spread awareness and show the fans are eager for an ending. We would love help with writing some content, we already have someone to design the website. If you’re interested email me at ltholder0412@gmail.com or dm me on Redding at Ok-Blacksmith4364
Do the seasons really lead up to each other, or can you watch it in any order like anthology?
There is a season 3 dvd at my local jb-hi-fi and I've really wanted to watch this show for a while?
By no means have seasons two and three of Westworld been duds. The world is so well realised, and there are actors of such pedigree, that it would be difficult for the creators to turn the show into an outright stinker. Things have been rocky ever since that first season, though. It may be more a symptom of the first run’s quality than anything else, because that really was a supremely confident opening for a new show. Most notably, without spoiling anything, there was that twist, one of the most effective in modern drama. And Jonathan Nolan and Lisa Joy have essentially been chasing that high ever since. The series has only become more complex and oblique since then, often to its detriment. The pacing was always leaning towards the stately, but in season two it got slower still. The most recent season mixed things up with a new location and characters, but the issues are still there. The show is nigh on perfect visually, but at times it’s not so much fun to watch. The style/substance balance has come out of whack since the end of the first season.
So I never understood all the crying about season 3, because what? People wanted them just to stay in westworld and not expand the mythos at all for like 10 seasons? That would suck. But the new season is incredible, so far, and a fantastic continuation of season 3, though if you haven’t watched yet, I won’t risk spoiling other than to say, it’s not a continuation in the literal sense of the word. Already it’s gone in such an amazing direction. I’m pleased and hopefully this wiki isn’t so dead that some of you will have some input, too!
Hey guys, the first episode had aired and we still haven't written the synopsis... no one's "Related Casualties" list was updated when there were so many people killed by Maeve... I'll try my best to contribute to the wiki this couple of days but it's really hard to do on one's own...
I am currently rewatching the entire series before season 4 commences (a bit late since its starting in a few hours yet i just started season 2 but hey). I remember on my first watch i was mostly very confused and could not really follow the show. This second time im watching it i remember a few things from then (my first watch was over 2 year ago), so i can easily follow it, understand the twists and see all the foreshadowing. It is so much better this second time in my opinion. Do you guys have similar experiences? For those that have watched it more than once, was your first or second watch the best to you?

So I just finished Episode 1 of season 1 and I honestly thought it was really good and I def wanna watch more but then I heard from a good friend that it becomes pretty shit and I was kind of disappointed because I thought It would become one of my favorite shows and I don't know it still could be but I just don't wanna get my hopes up just to get disappointed but then again it was just one person that didn't like it so long story short I wanna hear from long time fans of the show and hear what you guys think.
Im not going to pretend i know everything about the subject but shouldnt the hosts practically be some kind of supermen and superwomen, at least faster, stronger and durable(perhaps bulletproof) cause they have metal skeletons, they arent worn down by human conditions we all have yet these hosts seem to constantly be taken down easy by gunshots most of the time and rarely do they seem like they can work without a gun.
Do we know at least what kind of metal they are made from cause I heard steel is the hardest and toughest metal there is so maybe they are made from that.
